I normally would avoid a book with a title similar to this one. It creates some kind of anxiety that I would much rather do without. However and against my own rule I went ahead and purchased the book and to my surprise it has been enlightening. I find the tsunami analogy appropriate and helpful|From the Inside Flap||The more than $1 trillion of commercial real estate loan maturities between 2010 through 2013, combined with the commercial real estate markets being battered in recent years, will result in conditions the marketplace has never seen before.
